All classes are taught by the Venerable Toby Gillies, who has a wealth of knowledge to share with his students. Some may remember his classes at the Toorak library in the 1980s. His lifetime of experience informs our meditation classes for Toorak residents.  The classes follow a structured program of study. Once we are taught how to meditate well, it is relatively easy to be mindful, present and calm throughout our daily life. The more we practice the better our concentration and with that the clearer our insights into oneself and the world as it appears around us.

It is very helpful then to be able to see through our more self defeating states of mind and find new more joyful inners states with which to engage the world.
